Self Drive Car Rental FAQs

Booking and documents
What documents do I need to rent a self drive car in Delhi?
A valid Indian driving licence for cars (LMV) held for at least 1 year, plus one government ID with address such as Aadhaar or passport. Foreign nationals need their passport, visa and an International Driving Permit with their home licence. Digital licences in DigiLocker or mParivahan are accepted. Full document checklist.
What is the minimum age to rent a car without a driver?
You must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid car licence for at least 1 year. Some premium SUVs may need a higher age or a longer driving history.
How do I book?
Pick your car, pickup point and dates in the booking form and send it to us on WhatsApp, or call +91 88264 63491. We confirm availability and the final price, share a payment link for the booking amount, and verify your documents before handover.
Can someone else drive the car?
Yes, as long as every driver meets the age and licence rules and their licence is shared with us before the trip. Only verified drivers are covered, so please do not hand the car to anyone else.
Prices, deposit and kilometres
How much does a self drive car cost per day in Delhi?
Hatchbacks start at ₹1,799 per day (24 hours), sedans and 7-seaters cost a little more, and SUVs like the Creta, Thar and Fortuner are priced higher. Longer rentals get automatic discounts. See every car on the pricing page.
How many kilometres are free?
Every booking includes 300 km/day, pooled across the trip. So a 3-day booking includes three times that, and you can use it however you like. Beyond that we charge ₹8–₹16/km depending on the car.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit of ₹5,000–₹15,000 depending on the car. It is returned after the car is back and checked, minus any fuel shortfall, tolls, challans or damage. How deposits work.
Is fuel included?
No. Our fuel policy is same-to-same: you get the car with a certain fuel level and return it at the same level. Electric cars are handed over well charged and should come back at a similar charge.
Who pays tolls, parking and traffic challans?
The driver does. Cars come with an active FASTag; toll used during your trip is settled at return. Parking fees and any traffic challans issued during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility and may be adjusted from the deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, part of the booking amount may be retained. Exact terms are on your booking confirmation and in our terms.
Delivery and trips
Do you deliver the car to my home or the airport?
Yes. We offer free doorstep delivery within 10 km of our hub, ₹199–₹599 beyond. Common handover points include Delhi Airport (all terminals), New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway stations, Noida, Gurgaon and most Delhi neighbourhoods. See all delivery locations.
Can I take the car outside Delhi?
Are the cars affected by GRAP or odd-even rules?
Our cars are BS-VI, so GRAP restrictions on older BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel cars do not apply to them. If an emergency odd-even scheme is ever announced, we will tell you which cars are allowed on your dates.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp us on +91 88264 63491 any time. We guide you through simple fixes, arrange roadside assistance or a tow, and where possible arrange a replacement car. Breakdowns caused by normal wear are on us.
Is the car insured?
Yes, all cars carry valid commercial insurance. In case of damage, you pay up to the damage liability amount stated in your booking, not the full repair bill, unless the damage is due to rash driving, drink-driving or a breach of the terms.
