Booking details you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, pickup location and dates.
Verification documents: driving licence and government ID, used only to verify eligibility to drive.
Payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
Website usage data such as pages visited, if analytics is enabled.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, deliver the car and provide support.
To meet legal obligations, including sharing information with authorities for traffic challans or when required by law.
To improve our website and services.

The booking form on this website does not send data to our servers. It opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and you choose whether to send it.

Retention and your rights

We keep booking and document records only as long as needed for the rental and legal requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@selfdrivedelhi.in.
